A sustained safety culture is led by all, and that includes senior leaders. Using our 5 C's Sustainable Change Model, we work with senior teams to explore the strategic aims, the challenges and the leadership and management practices needed to enable a safety culture to be maintained.
We use our high impact drama techniques to explore the mindsets, attitudes and behaviours which are needed to guide and inspire real change in themselves and in the teams they lead.

More than safety
We work with senior teams to define and lead behavioural expectations, but also critically to understand and improve their own personal impact.
Safety leadership is about creating a workplace where everyone feels positively supported and challenged to do their best.
