Eddie

We have an animal for each of our training topics and have great fun selecting the right one to join the team. Sometimes it is just for the facial expression such as our lovely Gorilla of Contemplation who is our mascot for anything to do with feedback and reflective practice.

But our absolute favourite is Eddie, our little Dog of Diversity.

Eddie started off his time with us as Edi which stands for Equality, Diversity and Inclusion but he is much more forward thinking. He is passionate about going further than just removing barriers. He wants us to embrace and capitalise on Difference and strive for Engagement for all.

Be more Eddie!
