Managing our workforce that is made up of migrant workers after Brexit is something many employers are currently trying to get their head around. Below is a CIPD document discussing all the options and provides a reminder what to do in regard of normal checks for rights to work (photocopying passports etc.) It also explains how EU/EEA nationals who have lived here for 5 years can apply for permanent residence (pg. 21) now or they may choose to wait until September 2018 when the Government reveals its Brexit plans for permanent residence.
