Background:
Richard is an HR & OD professional with c.20 year’s experience, initially within a corporate environment across the financial services and retail sectors.  Having headed up the HR functions of the businesses with which he worked, he now operates as a consultant based in the North East and operating nationwide.  Richard’s working at a specialist level right across the HR spectrum has given him the technical expertise and practical experience necessary to operate effectively across most people and organisational development change initiatives at a range of levels from the strategic to hands on delivery.  His experience of both private and public sectors provides him with frames of reference necessary to put this expertise into practice in a range of different operating environments.
