Sixteen managers from Newcastle’s prestigious Theatre Royal this week successfully completed a six month training course in leadership and management development.
The Investing in Leadership course, which was run by Newcastle based training and development company Macnaughton McGregor Ltd, will contribute towards the Theatre’s programme of work designed to help it secure the Investors in People standard (IiP).

New Management and Leadership programmes launching in March.
ILM Level 2 in Team Leading , and ILM Level 3 in Management – open programmes starting March with workshops being held in Co Durham and Tyneside, and other locations in the North East region.
