New appointment at Gosforth training firm.
Gosforth-based training consultancy Macnaughton McGregor Ltd has boosted its team with the appointment of a new project manager and administrator.

Carol Ducker, 43, who joins from local advertising and marketing agency Alcazar Ltd, will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of customer support and administration.

She brings over 15 years’ experience to the post and will be involved in organising and tracking progress on projects, responding to customer enquiries, event management as well as providing administrative support to the training teams and consultants. 

Her appointment is the latest for the fast growing firm - Harry Gallagher and Shaun Curry recently joined to develop its drama-based learning services.

Carol Ducker said: “I’m delighted to be joining the team at such an exciting time in the company’s development and very much look forward to the challenges of meeting customer needs.”

Director Audrey Macnaughton added: “With her experience and skills, I’m sure Carol will very quickly establish herself as a valuable addition to the team as we continue to grow this year.”
