Added drama at Macnaughton McGregor with new recruits.
Appointments extend client services.
Fast growing Gosforth-based training consultancy Macnaughton McGregor Ltd has moved to extend the scope of its client services with two new appointments.
The firm has brought in Harry Gallagher and Shaun Curry to develop its drama-based learning services and resources.
Together they have over 25 years extensive experience of using drama techniques to help business managers and leaders develop new skills, improve their self-awareness and better understand peoples’ behavioural issues as well as their own roles in influencing and facilitating change.
Harry Gallagher is a highly experienced facilitator with an inclusive, relaxed style. He creates unique, enjoyable training sessions, which put the participants at the forefront of the learning experience.
Shaun works around the world developing and delivering drama-based learning projects and is a great believer in the technique being able to effective positive, lasting change.
