Jo is an experienced training professional who worked for a large Plc for 8 years before starting as a Training Consultant.  An enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills, Jo has experience of all elements of the training cycle, ILM accredited programmes and is full conversant with the Investors in People principles.  She has chartered CIPD membership having gained a merit in a Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel Management.
