Recent Contracts
Helen’s recent experience includes the Developing Leaders Programme at the Highways Agency, delivering ILM programmes for NEPA, design and delivery of a management development programme for Entec UK. The Entec programme is aimed at staff managers throughout the business and focuses on the development of effective management skills using a common work-based scenario of a new staff member joining through to ongoing performance coaching within the Company’s performance appraisal framework. This is a highly practical programme encouraging participants to role play various scenarios in a safe and non-threatening environment. This programme has been highly praised by attendees and is still ongoing.
