Training Style:
Harry’s training style is interactive, challenging and supportive. The type of interventions he uses include working on a one-to-one and/or group basis using Forum Theatre, many of which have been devised by the delegates in order to provide ‘real-life’ situations.
He encourages the delegates to coach each other and build up effective strategies in a ‘safe’ and non-threatening environment. This technique of training often allows delegates to raise any issues they may have anonymously i.e. via the actor/character, so enabling them to feel more comfortable and able to address situations.
