Background:
Fiona has 25 years’ experience working in Learning and Development and has worked in that time in a variety of senior operational and business development management positions. In recent years Fiona has worked extensively with Public Sector an private sector clients, designing, developing and delivering learning and development programmes and providing executive and management coaching. This includes Accredited and non accredited Coaching, Leadership and Management Development Programmes for managers, senior managers and HR professionals in Jobcentre Plus, Crown Prosecution Service, The Serious and Organised Crime Agency, and Sunderland City Hospitals and Welsh Assembly Government, and DWP. Accredited Management Development programmes for Managers and Senior Managers in Jobcentre Plus. Fiona has developed and delivered learning and development interventions for a wide range of organisations going through major change including Police Information Technology Organisation, Greater Manchester Fire, Department for Work and Pensions, and The Higher Education Academy. Current clients include MAS North East, and North Tyneside and Newcastle Primary Care Trusts, Business and Enterprise North East, Hartlepool Borough Council and the DVLA.
Current Projects include provision of executive coaching, design and delivery of 360 degree feedback, delivery of Certificate in Training Practice, Strategy Deployment with boards of directors and senior managers, delivering and assessing coaching and mentoring development programmes, managing the provision of HR Services to an NHS Primary Care Trust. |
