The Royal Mint
Everyone has responsibility for safety but how do you clarify specific roles and get clear agreement on the responsibilities of operational managers and SHE specialists? This was the issue at Royal Mint and we developed and delivered a series of workshops to get the two groups to come together and improve their team approach.
The courses used drama to explore and improve people’s influencing skills, coaching delegates to consider and improve their professional impact. Drama based learning enabled attendees to observe, influence and interact with the actors as they applied theory in a way which was specific and relevant to The Royal Mint.
“The ‘2macs’ workshops really brought our health and safety culture to life by providing engaging and thought provoking events. Their delivery methods were energetic and provided a different perspective on how we think about health and safety, which has resulted in safety habits being changed forever.”
