The HBP team challenged us to help them explore internal and external relationships in order to forge stronger, more effective working relationships. The 2macs Leadership and Management Training was a comprehensive suite of programmes, designed to improve Communication, Negotiation and Conflict Management skills. As part of their commitment to sustained and impactful training, 2macs delivered one to one, post course coaching sessions to all attendees; jointly reviewing their end of course action plans and the reality of day to day application.
Over the four day courses, drama was threaded throughout the learning process in a way that reflected the working reality of the people in the room. They were able to see everyday interactions and how working pressures can impact decision making and communication skills. By being allowed to talk directly to the characters, delegates were able to look behind the things that people do, practice new skills and explore new approaches – before applying the learning to their own situation. Delegates said the course was “Very informative and good level of info. All days had something to offer!”
